Last updated 29 June 2026

This policy explains what personal data Executive Delivery Desk collects, why, how it is used and protected, and the rights you have over it. It applies to this website and to the advisory service provided through it.

1. Who we are

Executive Delivery Desk is an independent advisory service operated by Martin Tarhanič, based in Košice, Slovakia. It is provided through MT Studio, s.r.o. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are the data controller for the personal data described here.

You can reach us about anything in this policy at martin.tarhanic@gmail.com.

2. The data we collect

We only collect what we need to talk to you and run the service.

  • Booking details. When you schedule a call, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) collects your name, email address, time zone, and any answers you give to the booking questions (for example your company, team size, or the problem you want to discuss).
  • Communications. Emails, messages, call notes, and anything you choose to send us when you get in touch.
  • Client materials. If you become a client, you may submit documents such as project notes, delivery reports, estimates, client emails, team structures, recordings, or screenshots. These can contain personal data about your staff or your own clients. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to share them; we treat them as confidential and process them only to provide the service.
  • Payment details. Payments are handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We receive confirmation and billing information but never see or store your full card number.
  • Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to deliver and secure the site.
  • Analytics data (with your consent). If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects information such as a randomised identifier, the pages you view, approximate location (GA4 truncates the IP address and does not log or store it in full), device and browser type, and how you interact with the site. We use this only in aggregate to understand and improve the site.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site and, with your consent, to understand how it is used.

  • Essential. A small amount of local storage remembers your cookie choice. It is always on and sets no tracking identifiers.
  • Analytics (optional). With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and how the site is used. These are off by default. Nothing is set until you accept in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Typical cookies: _ga and _ga_<id> (set by Google, expire after about two years, used to measure traffic).

The embedded booking widget and the third-party tools we use (such as Cal.com, Google, and Stripe) may set their own cookies when you interact with them, governed by their own privacy policies. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.

4. How and why we use your data

We use personal data for the following purposes, each with a legal basis under Article 6 of the GDPR.

  • To arrange and hold calls and respond to your enquiry: necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to you.
  • To provide the service and deliverables: necessary for the performance of our contract with you.
  • To take payment and keep accounting records: performance of our contract and compliance with our legal (tax and accounting) obligations.
  • To secure, maintain, and improve the website: our legitimate interest in running a safe and reliable service.
  • To measure and improve the site with analytics: based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • To send you optional updates, if you ever ask for them: based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

5. Confidentiality

Company, client, and delivery information you share with us is treated as confidential and used only to provide the service. Sensitive engagements can be placed under a separate confidentiality agreement or NDA. Just ask.

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers (processors) that help us operate, and only as needed:

  • Cal.com: scheduling and managing calls.
  • Google: calendar and video calls (Google Meet) where used.
  • Google Analytics: website analytics, only if you consent.
  • Stripe: payment processing.
  • Our hosting and email providers: to run the site and correspond with you.
  • Our accountant and professional advisers, and public authorities where we are legally required to disclose.

7. International transfers

Some of our providers are based outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries and booking data: for as long as needed to respond and, if we do not work together, for a reasonable period afterwards before deletion.
  • Client records and correspondence: for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period after it ends.
  • Invoices and accounting records: for the period required by Slovak tax and accounting law.
  • Client materials: returned or deleted on request once the engagement ends, unless we must keep them by law.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these, email us at martin.tarhanic@gmail.com.

If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Slovakia this is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).

10. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work only with reputable providers and limit access to what is necessary.

11. Children

This is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the “last updated” date shown at the top. Material changes will be made clear.

13. Contact
