[ The reality ]

When delivery breaks, founders become the operating system.

In many software companies, the founder becomes the final escalation point for every missed deadline, unclear owner, unhappy client, weak estimate, hiring question, and team conflict. The company does not need more meetings. It needs senior operating experience, structure, and practical decisions.

01

Projects keep slipping

Deadlines move, but nobody can explain the real risk early enough.

02

Clients escalate too late

Issues are visible internally before they are handled externally.

03

The founder is the bottleneck

Every hard decision comes back to one person.

04

PMs and tech leads lack structure

Responsibilities overlap or disappear between roles.

05

Sales promises miss delivery reality

Estimates, scope, and assumptions are not controlled.

06

Reporting exists, governance does not

There are status updates, but not enough decision-making clarity.

[ What this is ]

A subscription for senior delivery and technology expertise.

This is a productized executive support service for software companies. Instead of hiring a full-time COO, CTO, Head of Delivery, or expensive consultancy, you get access to a senior operator who can help diagnose, structure, and solve the problems blocking delivery and growth.

Not coaching.
Practical execution support.
Not vague consulting.
Clear written outputs.
Not full-time management.
Senior support when needed.
Not unlimited chaos.
One active problem at a time.
[ My approach ]

Understand the problem before you act.

I approach problems with structure and evidence, not assumptions or emotional reactions. I start with the context: the facts, the people, the constraints, and the real business impact. Only then do I decide what to change, clarify, build, or stop.

Most delivery problems have a root cause. A missed deadline, an unclear owner, team tension, a client escalation, or a weak process is usually a symptom of something underneath. My job is to find that cause, make it visible, and turn it into a plan your team can act on.

When a problem is really about people or culture, structure alone is not enough. After years leading teams, delivery, and operations, I know process only works when it makes sense for the people who use it. The goal is never more bureaucracy. It is structure that helps the company and the team at the same time.

What this means in practice
I look for facts before making recommendations.
I separate symptoms from root causes.
I translate complex delivery problems into clear decisions.
I design practical systems people can actually use.
I balance business needs with team reality.
[ How it works ]

Add a problem. Get a clear path forward.

01

Subscribe or book a diagnostic

Start with a one-time diagnostic or apply for a monthly subscription.

02

Get your private request board

Add problems, documents, Looms, project notes, estimates, client emails, or team questions. It plugs into the tools your team already uses, whether that is Slack, email, or wherever you work, so there is nothing new to adopt.

03

Prioritize one active request

Keep unlimited items in the backlog. One active request is handled at a time to maintain quality and focus.

04

Receive executive outputs

Get a clear memo, action plan, template, recommendation, process, or walkthrough.

05

Implement with support

Use the outputs internally, ask follow-up questions, or move to the next request.

The rule

Unlimited request backlog does not mean unlimited parallel work. It means you can keep adding issues, and they are solved one by one.

[ Who is behind this ]

Built by someone who has sat in the seat.

I'm Martin Tarhanič, a delivery and technology leader based in Košice, Slovakia. Over 15+ years, I have worked across hands-on engineering, project management, engineering management, delivery leadership, and COO-level operations. I have led software delivery, built teams, managed client escalations, improved processes, worked with global customers, and translated technology execution into business outcomes.

This is my full-time focus, not a side project. When you add a problem to the board, you work directly with me, every time. No junior team, no handoff.

COO & Supervisory Board Member at Cassovia Code, responsible for running the delivery, sales, marketing, and HR departments.
Ran crisis and client-escalation response at executive level.
Set delivery and engineering standards across a 500-engineer, 3-site operation at GlobalLogic.
Led engineering management across product teams at Sudolabs.
Designed engineering career ladders at two companies, so PM, EM, and tech-lead responsibilities stop overlapping.
Culture trend-setter who introduced and advocated new ways of working.
Hands-on across architecture, back-end, front-end, and mobile.
15+ years from hands-on engineer to C-level operations.

Unlimited backlog, one active problem at a time. Most clients clear several problems each month, in priority order. One slipped flagship project or one churned client usually costs more than a year of Core.

No long-term lock-in, and no notice period: if the first deliverable is not useful, you simply do not continue. Every subscription still starts with a short fit call, and if I do not believe I can help, I will tell you before you pay.

I work with a small number of companies at a time, so “one active problem at a time” stays a promise, not a slogan. When every slot is taken, new clients join a short waitlist.
